Yeah, I dunno it's okay I guess. Mechanically it's the same game as DS3 which is fine, but the environments are terrible and it's needlessly dark and just generally unpleasant to navigate. Like I'm having a hard time more with generating the desire to continue playing more than I am with any of the bosses or progression. It's not particularly difficult thus far otherwise. Pacing and direction are horrible as well. I'm actually really disappointed with the gameplay. It just feels like a super uniform slog. Does it get better?

2017: Armored Core (new AC is confirmed as one of their games) in development since 2014 when DaS2 released, a multiplat and possibly the game with VR support they teased (could mix elements of Steel Battalion and Chromehounds in)
2018: PS4 exclusive in development since 2015 when Bloodborne released
2019: new multiplat RPG series, one of their games is supposed to be a new RPG but I doubt it's far into development given all they've done recently is milk Demon's Souls for as much cash as it was worth before trying to innovate again so another RPG soon after DaS3 feels wrong
