Lefty here too, with a thumbstylus on my right hand it almost felt like using a more precise analog stick.

Worked really well and put many hours in the game, loved it to bits, GOTY definitely.
The Music was good, the gameplay was fun and the banter in the background made it really enjoyable.

I loved it. Played on an old 3DS XL and didn't have any hand issues, even while playing on 9.0.

The controls aren't bad exactly, maybe even for lefties, but if you adapt to them all you get is an acceptable rail shooter that turns into an acceptable action game.

The reviewers seem to be complaining about how the story mode is constantly giving you downers, which is true. The story mode is literally you get fucked over until the very end where you win. It got pretty depressing to be honest.

One of the hardest chapters in the game, yet it feels so satisfying kicking every single enemy's ass to this music once you get the hang of it.

I'm sad that the DS line is pretty much over because that means any potential sequel to KI:U will have to be watered down and made slower/easier to compensate for having to use Dual Analogue.

KI:U is the best 3DS game hands down. Excellent characters that mesh and contest eachother well, amusing dialogue, good story, good variety between each levels, and most importantly, the gameplay is superb, with different weapon types that fill unique play style rolls (hedgehog claws a best though). I put around 200 hours into the game, the amount of replayability thanks to trophies and shop/crafting system is absurd. This game is a piece of art, with an excellent soundtrack to boot. My only complaint with the game is that we will never get a sequel.
