cordelia and lyn are by far the best in this banner,

lyn is great for tempest and dealing with distant counters like hector.

cordelia is the best offensive archer in the game with 35/35 atk spd at neutral, making her a monster on par with reinhardt with the bravebow or firesweep bow.

The damage is just twice(or equal) to what the defense boost mitigated. The speed and attack boost lets you kill threats more easily and that's all that matters. You don't typically do more than 2 or 3 battles with a unit anyways so the damage is inconsequential
