Xbox is suffering from a major lack of first party games, in fact it has almost none if you count PC releases in the mix which I do. In contrast Nintendo obviously has very little multi-plat support meaning if you're not already a major fan of one of their main franchises you won't give a shit about getting their console. Sony has struck just the right balance for the last few years (kind of reminds me of the PS2 era) and so they're going to remain dominant as long as they keep it up, Nintendo sticks to their corner which they have no reason not to at this point and Microsoft keeps fucking itself which they seem intent on doing.
