I'd say to look into northgard because it has some settlers vibe to it but since you posted a settlers 2 screenshot I'd say Valhalla Hills might be more suited to you.

I'd agree with this Banished is super relaxing. Though there was something preventing me from playing it more. I want to try it with that colonial charter mod. I heard its pretty decent.

Victoria 2 is great for feeling like you're building a country. If you're playing a peaceful nation or if you're into building armies it can be pretty casual and comfy too.
