Both winston and symmetra have to get in much closer range. Winston has a feather duster and Symmetra is relatively squishy when facing other close to mid range heroes
Not to mention they have to at least be looking in the general direction of their target. 9 times out of 10, I can't even see myself in a junkrat kill cam
