Long Swords are strong, mobile and can target any part at any time. They're top tier no doubt.

LS is easily the most braindead weapon class in MH. GS and Hammer are the other two babby weapons but at least those require a little bit more positioning. LS is straight up designed for monkeys, there's absolutely zero skill or thought involved in using it.
