Yes usually. But Ubisoft disc games will sometimes only come with just two languages (English/Russian, English/Arabic in English speaking regions, Baltic, Arab countries). I think because they do a lot of spoken dialogue and have uncompressed voice tracks. Some retailers don't always ship the origin country game because they all have PEGI ratings.
