Why story mode? You'd be using stamina either way, and I killed the 40 GHB Zephiel with a level 26 Sharena, which you can just level up to with crystals. His GHB is probably the easiest out of them all anyway.

there are only two or three types of support skills.

Position support, reposition is pretty much the best, drag back for ranged units, swap for armored.

And then you have Heal support like Recipricol Aid and Ardent Sacrifice, put these on ranged glass canons, I tend to favor Recipricol Aid more than Ardent.

You have rally skills too but I barely touch them anymore, they don't do anything that C skills aren't doing already and I almost always favor the ability to get out of range of enemy units with position skills than being able to buff someone once.
