The whole PS4 is a travesty. You can't go back to home while in the download screen, you can't download and play a game, you have to pay for their shitty online service, they have software you'll never use but you can't hide or delete it and their store interface is atrocious as well. The sole redeeming factor is the exclusives, which frankly are hardly worth it. Mine was just sitting and collecting dust over the last 2 years or so and now that I've got it back out I can hardly even play Bloodborne since it's just another fromsoft game, and frankly the praise is hardly worth it. Early HZD coverage gave me the impression that it's a shitshow and Nioh doesn't register as a game with much appeal either. And finally the PSNow trash doesn't even have the original Nier on it, which is the final cherry on the top.

Have you used the PS4 at all lately? I dont' recall being unable to go straight to home from the downloads menu in a long while, and they just re-tweaked it again where you have to go further in to the download menu and you can still get back with a single button press.
