Sure. There's fucking shitloads of them. I'd almost say that hateable female characters in games are the norm, followed by boring ones, and the minority are the actual likable ones.

To pick a random example, I hated Ellie in Last of Us. She was this sassy useless little shit who constantly talked back at the MC while he was busy saving her shitty life. Made the game's ending a bit hollow, that one.

She didn't have enough presence to do that. By the time she finished being an antagonist, she pretty much faded into Harasho and half of NozoEli.
Anyway, she was a bitch at the beginning but she wasn't completely irrational. Aidorus saving the day would only happen in an anime. She also didn't want the traditional-type school to be represented by some moeshit garage band.
She changed her tune over time when she saw how much effort muse put into their performances and took all aspects--costumes, music, and her soft spot, dancing--seriously, all for the sake of their school.
Plus, she has a pretty good singing voice and is muse's resident blonde.
She's not exactly waifu material but she's not anti-waifu material either.
