Are you high? RBY PvP was mostly dice rolls. GSC was fun when it originally developed, but the last 10-12 years every game becomes a 200+ turn stall battle because everyone knows you need to use Curse Snorlax (well, just lax in general).

Can't defend Grenny in Pokemon, but in Smash, froggy's the less-broken version of Sheik (isn't 100% reliant on combos to damage others, water shurikens are flexible but not hitscan, smashes cover decent range, etc) and is my favorite pick.
