I've been replaying Platinum and that game also feels pretty dialogue heavy, with Jun, Lucas, Cynthia, Looker and other characters coming up out of nowhere every now and then, but it feels a lot shorter for some reason. I'd assume it's because a lot of time in SM's cutscenes are spent watching zoom ins on characters' faces or seeing them hop or do an animation, and having the screen cut to black every time a cutscene starts and ends, so that makes it feel a lot more clumky than Platinum's, where they wakl up to you without any screen transition and ends as quickly as it started since nothing gets animated.

Im too stupid to patch it to Umbra Moon. Someone upload a Umbra Moon .3ds for me please.
