Might be a turn off since RO1 was a lot slower and had more wide expansive maps. RO2 was a bit more faster pace and RS2 is a lot more faster pace given the setting and everyone having automatic weapons.

Though if you want something more tactical and more demanding in teamwork and communications, albeit slower paced with downtime here and there, Squad like >>379531461 is a decent choice if you aren't already going full Arma. Really depends on what you're itching for.

1000 players consistently for the past month or so isn't dead, anon. I will agree that it is early access though and the devs haven't been exactly all that good with keeping up with their promises. It's not like I'm saying Rising Storm 2 is a bad choice either, just saying that RS2 is very different to someone who came from RO1.
