Just finished Prey and am looking for more games like it. Will Mankind Divided satisfy at all? Already played HR, Bioshock, System shock / dishonered et al
it's slightly better than thief reboot. a solid 5/10 game

>Will Mankind Divided satisfy at all?
If your playing on PC make sure you having amazing specs, otherwise the load times and frame rates will make you want to kill yourself
cyberpunk is a genre for retards

You mean a 10/10? Without doubt the best game of 2016.

Mankind Divided is so disappointing, I can't play it because it's half a storyline, Square forced the devs YET AGAIN to compromise DX to squeeze an extra round of marketing out of making it a trilogy.
except that because they fucked with it and forced the devs to chop the game in half, the second half was not finished, MD sold below expectations, and now the series is on indefinite hiatus while Square milks a different franchise.
sad cuz MD isn't a terribly made game. the hubworld is well-designed and all the good stuff from Human Revolution is still here. But it's half a story for no reason other than $$$$ for square

It's a great game if you like exploring and environmental storytelling.
There are a lot of details and secrets in the levels.
Only people who were dissapointed are storyfags, just like with Prey.
Who gives a fuck about the ending, the journey is most important and it was excellent.
it's better than HR and Prey.
I'd say play it.

I dunno, I have a 650 and it runs well enough. If you manage the settings smartly and are not a graphics queen game runs fine.
>>379503707
this desu. Don't pay a lot for half a game.
It's a great game.

Yeah who gives a fuck about things like closure, or character arcs, or consistency? In fact maybe we should just fire all writers from video games and have the codemonkeys write the scripts because clearly nobody gives a shit anymore about good writing.

>Yeah who gives a fuck about things like closure, or character arcs, or consistency?
everyone who bought ME3
>>379505235
I don't get it.
>>379504528
Post footage of it running "well enough" on your 650. I need to see this.
>>379505393
I can assure it does.
>>379504931
>closure
It's a prequel for the first game, so you have your closure.
The writing is all over the place, but there's some very good stuff to be found there in the sidequests.
All I'm saying is that this game easily offers 20 hours of content which is spread through the gameworld and doesn't nessesarily gets rubbed right into your face with glowing arrows.
>>379505585
... It's obviously not a prequel. What the hell are you talking about? It takes place AFTER human revolution.
>>379505525
No, I totally believe you. I'm currently playing it at 4K/Ultra/60fps on my iGPU, but I wanted to see it on more powerful hardware.
>>379505716
he's talking about the original deus ex.
>>379505716
>first game
>HR
I hope this is bait.
>>379505716
A prequel to Deus Ex you downer.
>>379505805
I dunno why you are so butthurt anon, my computer runs it and I'm happy with that. You seem to have some voids in your life that need filling
>>379505716
>... It's obviously not a prequel. What the hell are you talking about? It takes place AFTER human revolution.
not sure if bait...
>>379505716
MD is the 4 game in the series...
>>379505716
Arx Fatalis is another immersive sim. Play it with the Arx Liberatis source port though
>>379505981
I'm not butthurt, anon. If I was, I'd be desperately lying about my garbage hardware and 10fps being "fine" on /v/ to make myself feel better about being poor.
>>379506209
I'm sorry your graphics don't make your life more fulfilling anon. You have my sympathy
>>379506086
My man.
People who complained about the god-tier magic system need to be hanged.
>>379506821
>>379506086
this looks intriguing. I will give it a try.
