Same, I never got out of the first region. It performed so poorly in one combat encounter that I had to wait for patches. I'll return soon enough.

I just got out of the first region and am liking it so far. It's satisfyingly bizarre, and it's refreshing how useful non combat skills are.

Walls of text that have a good reading flow to them. I'm not the smartest reader but PoE for example gave me massive headaches following who was who and which person/fraction/region had what motivations or politics.

Also the soundtrack rocks. Guess that's enough for me.

I'm 3 hours in the second hub and I can't get enough. There were some plot twist I saw coming from a mile away but I don't care.The overall story keeps me well enough entertained.

yeah that's probably gonna be Torment's fate.
It wasn't bad enough that people will constantly mock it and not good enough to be recalled as a hidden gem.

None of this has anything to do with consolebux.

What I do get tho are kickstarter backers who are mad because of all the cut content. I didn't back the game myself so I'm cool with the game as it is.

It's a good fucking game.
I'd buy it if it wasn't ludicrously expensive.

I heard that the game has cut content. Will wait for all that to be there before getting the game. Otherwise it seems that the main "problem" with this game based on reviews is that it's too much reading, at which point I must question whether those reviewers played the game this game is nostalgia catering to.
