The monitor is a little pricey. Your setup won't OC well, but that's not a big deal for 1080p. You'll get a little more future proofing if you go with a 1070 or wait for the cheapest vega gaming card (which are expected to sell out because of miners and limited stock.) Its not really future proof, but you should be able to handle anything for the next couple years without having to compromise settings.

I replaced the 1400 for a 1500X, and so I can overclock it I changed out the original motherboard for a B350M. I also got DDR4-2400 RAM and I changed the hard drive for WD.
I don't want to go over $830, I'm basically on a budget.
