As someone who has actually played (and really likes) Until Dawn, and hasn't played Isolation, I'd say without a doubt Isolation is scarier.

Until Dawn is great but it's not a horror game. It's barely a game. It's more of a slightly interactive movie. But it's a very good movie for what it attempts to do. This is comparing apples and oranges.

It's a good game with only two major flaws: it drags on for a bit too long, and the story is... meh. But otherwise, I'd definitely say you should. If you are an Alien fan, it's arguably the best Alien-related work since Aliens.
