They sent me an email after I inquired about it, asking for my ISP, IP address etc, but when I provided that info, they just sent me the same email. It's incredibly infuriating.

No. I call then and they just said that my account was permanently banned and I can do nothing.

I guess all that happen right after a use a code that came with my Until Dawn. I use the code and nothing happened. Next day, banned.
