Try Legend of Legacy. It's a Bravely Default style RPG game with a non-linear game play & story. Apparently it's a spiritual successor to the SaGa series, but I've never played those. Also, one of the player characters you can pick from is a Frog Prince.

I'd also recommend trying the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game.

I'm actually really hyped for RPG Maker FES, I've been messing around with VX Ace for a while noe, but I feel like I'll spend more time and actually finish something in FES.

Persona Q is great, but I've also sunk a lot of hours into AC New Leaf, and Pokemon Moon.

Actually I've just gotten the sunbird in FF8, and SMT 4, I'm...well... I'm either just done with the tutorial dungeon or at the very end of it.

I don't really go by a backlog type deal (unless I know the game requires story concentration, then I save it for later or finish it first) I just play games that I feel like playing

Play the OoT remake if you've never played OoT. DK Country Returns, Kirby Planet Robobot, Kid Icarus Uprising, and Animal Crossing New Leaf are all really good. If you're willing to get into it, Monster Hunter 4U and Generations can provide you with over a hundred hours of gameplay.

I've never really got into monster hunter, and I actually tried, I played 3 on wii u, 4u on 3ds, and MHFU on psp, just dropped them. As for the others, I've played OOT too much, both the original and 3d remake, DK Country isn't what I'm feeling, still need to play robobot. Kid Icarus... I've played it before, don't feel like completing it agaim, was fun though, and animal crossing I can't get into

I'm really liking it. since its the standard 3ds, the screen is a bit small and my hands get tense because of the size of the console, everything else is fine, though.
Also Persona Q is fun and full of fanservice but it's completely different than mainline persona, gameplay and story wise.

I'm playing the first game, i'm at the samurai show killer, it's kind of boring when you have to search for clues, but the courts are very fun, are the others games like this one? Also, is the whole game this episodic?
