Dude Vita owners got cucked so hard in the last 2 years it's not funny anymore.

Stuff like Gravity Rush that debuted on Vita, had it's sequel be PS4 exclusive.
Also quite a few other games that were supposed to be vita exclusive were ported and many vita games were shifted to PS4 and/or PC.

That's not the case, as evidence Class S is dead, you can go check the last Yurihime and see that there isn't a single Class S manga getting published at the moment in the biggest magazine for fans of the genre, only explicit yuri.

I think you mean subtext then, but that word often is misused too.
Yuribaiting is hinting that the story will have yuri, but when the series end it's just a broken promise with nothing resembling romantic development between 2 females.

Subtext is something that is part of the canon but it's not explicitly shown or explained, for example a character being human or their age range is often left as subtext. When something is hinted at, but is still ambiguous and not clear it's NOT subtext if we go by the definition, so things like Yuri on Ice technically don't classify as neither subtext nor bait (it's much closer to the later going by the evidence, but it's still ambiguous).
