Nine times out of ten, if something feels annoying to deal with in pubs, it's just as annoying in pro matches.
If something you feel is annoying isn't appearing in pro matches, it's either because pros haven't noticed it yet or because the hero has an obscure hard counter that completely shuts him down.

In the case of axe, venge is basically the bane of his existence.

Axe jumps in, gets 3man call.
Venge swaps axe backward 1000 units.
Venge just put axe in the lost awkward position in the history of Dota. Axe is now stuck behind enemy lines with no call to cast, with both minus aura from wave of terror and vengeance aura boosting the enemy damage, the enemy team are all walking backwards since most of the heroes you caught were melee, and your blink is on cooldown. You activate Blademail which does little damage since your armor buff wears out by the time the enemies are hitting you, and you die a dog's death.

I played the game since the Starcraft/Warcraft III mod days... and finally quit cold-turkey with the shrine/HUD/skill tree/map patch. Valve fucked up big time.

At least, the new players will be able to enjoy the game wihout having to spend months learning the mechanics and how to last hit.

Friends told me they now always end up lvl 25 with 5th position supports like AA or Shadow Demon... at minute 20-30. Lol.

Back in the days, I--nor anyone else--ever reached nowhere near lvl 25 with 5th pos supports. You would always end up at lvl 16-20 in long 50-60 minute games.

Now, even if you are a bad newbie support and keep feeding/not farming, you still end up with extra gold and experience.

Usually Valve would kinda hide one of those big changes in a patch note somewhere, so people don't notice it too much. They kept doing that for some time (i.e bounty gold, comeback mechanics, stun duration indicator, damage overtime indicator,etc).

But this patch was just too much. It's like they came to me, and told me "listen, I know you've spent years trying to learn how to play DotA, that you memorized every cooldown by heart, every damage, every mana cost, how to get every last hit, how to maximize gpm and xpm... but all of that effort will be useless, because now we are giving an edge to new players because we want them to like the game, keep playing, and keep buying sets and battle passes"

Actually, they are good juking spots. Especially the one near the Dire secret shop. I take it you haven't actually seen the LoL map? 1 or two paths added to it does not make it the same map. Take for example that the Radiant and Dire jungles look different and aren't symmetrical, unlike LoL's jungle.

Shrines don't start up until 5 mins into the game, plenty of time for laning to almost be over. Although it is a little stupid.

Some of which are great and help heroes really well. You have no idea how -2sec Decay cooldown helps an aghs Undying during a team fight.

Which has been nerfed repeatedly and is your own damn fault if you had such a big lead that ONE team fight changes the entire game and somehow lose the game. At that point, you shouldn't be dying unless you are being too cocky.
