Honestly I think Sylvannas will be a decent Warchief. I mean sure she's not a good person and her goals are ultimately self-centered. But basically what it comes down to is that if the Horde prospers she lives which is really all she wants.

Garrosh became a living example of what happens to Warchiefs who begin to favor one race over the others, and so far she has been pretty good about not giving the Forsaken too much more love than the other races.
