How do you install games from the release group I_KnoW?

I downloaded something and it came in the normal numbered files (game.001, game.002) but didn't have the game.rar file so I highlighted all and extracted to the folder with 7z and got a file with no file extension. I renamed that file as an .iso and mounted but that gives an error
