As someone who spent 4k hours on tf2(and still going) I can safely say I disagree and rarely play more than 5 games of overwatch a month thus concluding it to be inferior.

Peak TF2 > [Powergap] > Overwatch > current TF2

Sometimes you get a few decent rounds before a lobby dies in TF2, and those are better than most Overwatch games. But Overwatch you at least consistently get paired with people trying to play the game

That's the one slight issue this game has... The community is full of children, furries, weebs and literal down's. Honestly, i only enjoy TF2 since i joined the comp community, you know, the people that actually like playing the game. TF2 is not dead, it's a rotting, maggot infested zombie, populated by 3rd world countries, and poorfag children. And i was dumb enough to spend money on it.

Then stay out of competetive mode. No one gives a shit in Quick Play, Arcade, or any other mode.

Also, I'm not positive what "Peak TF2" would be, but the game requires little to no team cooperation and never has. I liked the voice menu where you could say everything your team may have needed to know, but I was like the only person thanking engies, saying where enemy sentries are, "Go left!" , "Nice shot!"

TF2 was never as good as Overwatch. I'm saying this and I know for a fact I have played TF2 at least four times as long as I've played Overwatch

That's not even a mod you idiot. It's a shitty "everyone is powerful" mode with pick up items like it's a fucking Mario Kart game. Besides, the only good mods in TF2 were the maps. My favorite cp_steel actually started as a mod and got in the game. pl_waste was also really good, but I don't think it's in the game.

Also, if a game is "perfect" and "the best" why mod it at all? The "best games" are littered with mods that completely change the game literally anything from bethesda

"Mann Up Mode" is a fairly recent (as far as Valve time goes) addition to the game because of the waning interest in the actual game and its PvE mode. People were already flocking away to better games Unfortunately, for me that game I quit TF2 for was Evolve, but that got ruined by 2k and memers here so Overatch it is

Also, yeah mods in TF2 are awesome
