If you use them to level up everything doing side quests etc. is a lot smoother.

No dude i finished the main campaign and got the first credits and then i couldn't progress further.
Then i beat all the sidequests and found another quest i could do. Trust me i checked if i could do more but i couldn't, and i was confused because in the main menu there plays this sequence of footage from the game where there are things from the last part that i didn't remember playing through, so i checked to see if i could do more story missions but it seemed that all of them were complete.
So i just did all of the side missions and then i found the hot yellow elektricitie figure and finished it then.

I got the game at launch and finished it shortly thereafter.

It's is for all intents and purposes a shit game. All it's missions, not just the side missions are pretty bad. Just traveling around and gravity antics the whole time still make it some of the best fun I've had in games for years.

I was being a bit harsh you're right. But So many of them are just really arduous to play, including story missions. Thinking back there were some pretty fun ones and generally I really enjoyed the humour, kat wanting to be an idol, kat always fucking falling for obvious traps and lies, kat being poor etc.

I did all the side missions and the dlc too, which was again boring to play. The hidden apple crates was a fun thing to chase though, leaving stupid pictures for people doesn't get old.

But looked at objectively. I'd say it's not a very good game. The mechanics and world behind it have the trappings of something amazing, but it's missed the mark by quite a way.

you can tell they really trapped themselves in a corner with the flying
you can fly anywhere, any time, in any direction, governed only by a meter so large and with such a short recharge time that, outside of intense combat, it basically doesn't exist. there's nothing to the flying but pointing and pressing a button, and then maybe holding x if you're impatient

there's just no way to make this interesting outside of a race every now and then
interesting navigation challenges should be The Core Thing about the game, but they couldn't figure out a way to make a challenge that isn't trivialized by being able to point and fly anywhere with minimial effort

so:
>flying is turned off almost every other mission
>endless insta-fail stealth segments that usually also heavily clamp (if not disable) flying
>remaining missions revolve around mechanics that make flying irrelevant, like pestering npcs or chasing a retarded dog

it's a shame that this one thing completely destroys the game's mission design, because almost everything else about it is 10/10
