I can live without a console in short supply. The Wii was under produced for months, but I was able to get one because I was patient. Wii Us sold out everywhere. Got one this year for $130. Well for one most scalpers arent paying their fair share most likely by not having a licensed business and appropriate paperwork and are performing tax evasion.
While it's very simple to stop them with a 1 item limit the biggest problem is automated scalping with event tickets which is bullshit because Ticketmaster does not care that boys are buying 50+ tickets to sell them to the highest bidder.
