Consoles right now are somewhere below a 1050ti in terms of graphical performance. That's a budget graphics card that's well known for doing 1080p 60fps just right while consoles do 30fps without reaching 1080p in most cases.
Xbox Scorpio seems to be somewhere between a 1060 and 1070 from what details we've obtained.
Consoles are "Okay" at best. Scorpio is "Fine", but not great.

I played HZD and got the platinum. So I did pretty much everything.

It was fun but not very memorable. Draw distance isn't just amazing but it prioritizes well; I never saw an enemy pop in, you could see enemies from ridiculous distances.

I did notice that plants don't react to your movement, except the tall grass, which is the exact same everywhere, except sometimes with some snow.

A bow being the primary weapon of the game with no trajectory in the arrows was silly to me. Also, you don't have to lead your shots at all. If you're aiming at a specific point, and you fire the arrow at that moment, it will hit that specific point, even if the target is moving. I kept missing shots because I was trying to put a lead on moving targets, when the real trick is to not put a lead on them at all. Seemed dumb.

The coloration was REALLY weird and hurt my eyes sometimes. It would go from super red saturation to super green saturation. I got what they were trying to do, but it was way overdone.

I don't regret buying it but I also don't really even remember what happened in the story. Not memorable. Traded it towards Nioh.

Games for PC need to be developed with a number of graphics devices in mind. On top of that, a number of things concerning graphics hardware can make your game look worse or better than a console version.

It's all about how well it's programmed for the hardware it's going to be on. If you have one set of hardware, you can program for only that one set. But with the assload of graphics cards and other peripherals out there, it's a bit trickier to keep everything streamlined.
