I don't understand one thing about the ending of VLR. We know that Dr. Sigma's conscience went into Young Sigma's body and Young Sigma's went into Dr. Sigma's Body. Meanwhile, during the events of VLR, Kyle was in his own body.

I don't understand why it happened. Where did Kyle's mind go? Into Dr. Sigma's body? That's the safest thing to assume, but where is he during the final cutscene. I've just finished the game and I'm so confused.
Is this answered in ZTD, am I retarded or are the gooks who made this game?

This bit of text implies that Kyle might not be Kyle. And the screen flashes suggest he has the same memories Young Sigma has of the nonary game.
