There will probably never be a good game that lets you play as a dragon, and actually do dragon things. It's always a shoehorned save the world plot, or you're actually a dragonrider or half-dragon who spends most of the game human.

I of the Dragon. Dont know if it's any good since i only played it once to test some old pc, but you deffinitely play as a dragon doing dragon things, the game is old but still fully on 3D.
