Literally the reason why they can't make a skin out of a power armor is because they'd have to make a skin large enough to accomodate for his hitbox and you can't make a large skin that makes sense and looks good if you have to fill in the hitbox. Yeah, I do like the skins that cross series in general. And it's cool that they do "master" skins in HotS. Though I sure am glad they changed them to just being regular drops, because paying 10,000 gold for slightly changed skins was some real bullshit. But I will agree that achievements are a "right" way to gate content. I wouldn't be against something like that.
