I think attributes don't matter that much. if you're playing casual mode without mods then you have basically infinite carrying capacity so who cares about strength except melee/unarmed people. 8-9 endurance is good so you can get all the attribute implants and shit. if I remember correctly, luck is ok for guns energy weapons and unarmed, but not a big deal for explosives and melee, but you might want it at 6+ anyway for free money at casinos. other than that the attributes are just plus a tiny amount to a few skills, that part doesn't matter a lot

make sure you obsess over skill books and not use them until you get the perk that doubles how many points they give you
