Watch any video of the developers discussing the game and you'll see. They had to keep reworking the jumping in the game to make it stiff as the original games were.

Horizon has the best graphics of this generation and while is 30fps it has the best details and textures ever seen in a console and runs at 4K on PS4Pro.
