>video game graphics still aren't as good as jurassic park

No one buys a game for a single dinosaur.
>>379051452
I'd buy a game like Alien Isolation, but with a dinosaur.
>graphics still not as good as N64 promo art
>>379051337
every single dinosaur in JP was a robot
Like 90% of JP's effects were animatronics at their peak. Most of the t-rex escape was shots of its head or leg, they only needed to slip in brief full-body CGI to maintain the illusion. The raptors in the kitchen were puppets with CG legs. And not all of its CGI is timeless, daytime shots like the moment the t-rex attacks the stampeding herd looks very rough now.

not true.

>their ai didn't malfunction
>ywn live in a post apocalyptic world ruled by robo dinosaurs

CGI can be used well when it's used to make practical effects better or in minor ways, but when it goes full Avatar it gets grating.
HEY HEY HEY HEY HEY HEY

Movies dont even look that good anymore
>>379052220
Will never happen again now that CGI is cheaper than practical effects.
