I recently had the chance to interviewer several key members of TF2 workshop community after their visit to valve HQ, after covering information already known about the upcoming jungle update, one of the members begun to talk about previously unknown information about the upcoming Jungle Update, More specifically items and some weapons that may be apart of this update or possibly future updates and shared a quick summary of items that they had seen while at the valve HQ.

I doubt Valve will permit them to add a copyrighted weapon to the game (and Konami does own this specific weapon design since MGSV has unique weapons, never seen before).

He's already good for defense as-is, since he can protect Engineers by countering Spies and explosive projectiles.

Offense is where Pyro struggles, as he just can't do any decent damage at mid-long ranges. Afterburn in particular needs to be way more of a threat, as it's too easy nowadays to extinguish it.

The strange thing about ranks to me is how Casual's are more defined than Competitive's.

Like, you can clearly see a Casual player's progress through the color and detail of their medal, but Competitive just gives you random symbols with not much indication of how good/important they are.

Even if they do that perfectly, Medic and Spy still haven't gotten a new weapon for FIVE YEARS.
Both Medic and Heavy, despite being two of the strongest classes in the game, are also some of the most samey and repetitive, which is why nobody plays them. They desperately need variety.

I agree balancing existing weapons needs more focus, but they need to make at least one new weapon for Pyro, Engie, Heavy, Spy, and Medic in addition to balancing the existing ones out.

That's really not true, you can decloak almost immediately. With how fast you're moving you can get out of flame range very quickly. If the pyro decides to chase you can lead him right into your team, set up a trickstab, or just shoot him. If he doesn't you grab an ammo box and try again.
