I don't care what you actually think of the gameplay of IIDX just by looking at videos of it, if you haven't experienced the feeling of playing the game on your ps2 or at an arcade or using arcade data then you really can't talk about how enjoyable it is. The sound direction is the best of any videogame let alone any rhythm game, the menu designs are slick and immersive as tuck, every keystroke plays an individual note from an individual instrument in the song, and overall it is an immensely satisfying and feels like dropping ectacy
