some fag on gbatemp who claims he sniffed packets says data what you're playing/have played is sent when you go online instead of entire activity logs being sent so using homebrew stuff offline should be enough to make you safe, but at the same time he's an overdramatic cunt who unironically wants to fight nintendo to make homebrewing legal, so take that all with a grain of salt
if you're banned, just use a public seed and repeat the process indefinitely if they keep getting killed (they will), do not use your own seed if you have another device
