Athena got sidelined hard in AA6 justifiably, so now she needs a game for herself i.e. what AA6 was to Apollo.
On the flipside, they need to finish the Gramarye shit with Apollo and I can't see them doing that without AA7 being another Apollo focused game, or at least giving him the finale case where they wrap it up.

Maybe they should split it up between the next two games, AA7 being Athena's game and AA8 being Apollo's finale. I can't see them successfully doing both n one game without one side getting sidelined.

DD story was stupid anyways and it felt like really cheap drama. Only thing good about it is Weeb-Prosecutor. And pretty much a step back in almost every way
6 was better and actually decent. Didn't like the Apollo backstory up the ass but it wasn't as bad as all those retards in khurain. I also think that they changed the story in the last minute. Amara has a big breakdown and isn't even seen in the epilogue. Then again she was retarded just like her son. Monk Prosecutor was really annoying. Not only is he pretending to be calm, intelligent and diligent but he's pretty much the opposite. He also completely breaks the momentum/heated arguments by swearing and summoning butterflies.


4 was a complete waste of potential. Not only did it use the better hardware for more gimmick/3D investigation but storywise it showed the "Dark Age of Law" without mentioning that embarrassing name unlike DD which cut back on dialogue/investigations/mystery.
Too bad the cases were complete ass.

While I personally don't like the idea of Phoenix leaving the series, at the same time I do still agree with that idea. The basic plot was clearly made with Phoenix in mind, and it would had made far more sense for him to resolve the story and end up staying there to keep things running smoothly.

Seemed like at the last minute they decided to make Apollo the main character of the finale to wrap up his story, so they very loosely tied him into the backstory..
