OP here, was checking names on my console, checked a couple I wouldn't mind, then made this thread and went to have lunch. I came back to my console and now the few names that were available before say unavailable now. Apparently Sony uses a reservation system where if you check a name, and it's available but don't take it right away, it makes it unavailable for 48 hours. So now if I want to use one of those names I have to wait two days for them to unlock again.

Guess no vidya for me this weekend. Fucking sony.
