>Know about the New Years Banner that included the Radiant Mythology OCs and Leon in festival cloths
>Also a special Yuri&Flynn Unison Arte unit.
>Save up 550 premium currency months in advance
>months of grinding free content for it
>50 currency = 10 pulls
>550 currency = 110 pulls
>Banner happens
>the massacre happens
>noticed something was weird so i took screenshots of my pulls
>Got ONE of the festival units out of 110 pulls
>apparently the banner was bugged and wasn't giving out the right amount of promised 4* when doing a x10 pull
>people get refunded
>i didn't
>send ticket with picture proof
>the rep that answered my ticket didn't even read or even look at the pictures
