There are people who prefer the piss poor platforming and fighting of the Subspace Emissary because it has shitty cutscenes where Nintendo characters stare dramatically at each other for 10 seconds then nod in agreement.

Instead of the objectively correct answer: the 40 minutes of pure hype that Sm4sh trailers delivered was unmatched and leagues above Subspace's cutscenes.
