Many bosses in this game have hidden combos they very rarely bust out.
I used to replay the Jetstream Sam fight a lot and one day he surprised me with a move I'd never seen before, in what must've been over 50 fights.

I didn't seem to git gud at the game until my second playthrough where I learnt to properly parry and evade. Revengeance difficulty is easy once you've acquired these skills.

when i first played this game i got stuck on the first boss for quite a while. he just came out of nowhere and fucked me up. by the time i was up to armstong i was well versed in evade roll and used that to kill him. still a hard fight though.
