Are there any shoot em' ups that you would call a "Star Fox clone"?

There are plenty of jet shooter games where you're flying on a linear path to shoot down enemies, but as far as I know there are NONE that try to copy what made Star Fox 64 so charming and beloved.

I've replayed Star Fox 64 over and over again because of the witty voice over banter and the fun boss fights. I think it would be neat if somebody came along and made something like it.
