It really doesn't, because they only reveal terrain, Zelda towers are literally high places to glide, they don't reveal any sidequest, town, shrine or activity.

That's the thing that make Ubisoft towers bad, the fact that you don't have to find that stuff exploring, it's not the fact that they're, well, towers...

Not that guy but I played H:ZD. Up until the whole Village gets raided and you fight the robot that gives you thing to hack other robots.

Game is boring as all fuck. I haven't returned a game as fast as that one since Bioshock Infinite.
So many systems. But no depth. No soul. all the system it had felt lifted from better games with no idea what they were enjoyable. Slapped into this game and never expanded on.
Horizon: Zero Dawn was a pretty soulless mediocre game to anyone who has played half the games that the game rips it's mechanics from.

The whole game is "Been there, done that, In far better and more interesting stories and games.

It's a clone of an already niche franchise on the console that only sells CoDs, GTAVs and Fifas, what were you expecting?

Most of my loyalty is to Sony, but I have no problem with BoTW as the GOTY #1 and #2 are pretty interchangeable for me. It's not in my top 3 favorite Zelda games though.
