If you're going by that reasoning it's way more interesting playing OWB before Dead Money. With all the hints you get about Christine, Elijah, Ulysses and the Divide because of how heavy they foreshadow the events of those DLCs.

Depends on what you mean by "replayable." Tales from the Burning Sands adds an expansive, genuinely puzzling series of questlines that make use of locations across the wasteland, but doesn't really start until you get to Novac. New Vegas Bounties, similarly, doesn't go anywhere until you get to Outer Vegas (and isn't worth doing except as a prelude to the much more refined NVB II). The Inheritance is fantastic, but doesn't start until you're level 10 and has a heavy NCR bias. Legion Quests Expanded is great, but it's only for Legion runs. Bison Steve and Nipton Rebuilt are both good for having something to do between the main quests, but the story/VA leaves a bit to be desired.

Do any of you have any idea what might cause stuttering even after downloading the stutter fixer and going through fucking hoops to try get it working properly. And the fucking pop in lag, Jesus.

So, is there any "technical" problems for having multiple companions (more than 2) following you at the same time? I want to start a new playthrough in new vegas where I roleplay as a ex-ncr captain of sorts and I lead a small army of companions using the JIP CCC mod. I also have a mod called CCO that makes it so your charisma affects the number of companions you can have (no more than 5). The companions I would have would be boone, cass, russel, niner and raul. Since modded companions don't could towars the limit for some reason, maybe I would have rex too. I wan't to know if this would cause any issues with my game like slow framerate or ctd, and if it is a good idea in general.

Not him, but, last I played Niner broke the wild dog faction so that they were never hostile, even if you hadn't recruited him at all. Mod author also didn't check if Niner was currently a companion and in some places (Bison hotel) you'll get random items that were meant to be apart of something Niner said.

I wouldn't call that a total wipe of your game though, maybe its worse than that.
