Has anybody here played the free Crazy Taxi game that apparently recently released on phones? I had a nice nostalgia trip playing it a bit, but I'm not sure how it compares to the original DC version because I haven't booted it in a few years.

10-15 years ago I played it so much in a local arcade I was top of the scoreboard with straight S ranks, I miss those times.

Daytona 3 is really just Sega having to upgrade the original because Model 2 boards are starting to irreversibly fail. It plays like the original but it's done by Sega Amusements Europe and some of the original Daytona Japan team.

I'd rather they brought back the original concept for High Roller which was supposed to be an online and SP CT (Which is why it was exclusive to Xbox) where it was 4 players competing to get the highest fare score and you could pick up power-ups to hinder the other players (Like an ejector seat that boots the other person's passenger out), but latency and servers weren't good enough in those days to handle an open world with AI traffic. Surely it's good enough now to bring back the original concept. Sega gonna Sega, though.
