TV? I stopped watching TV in the early 00's. Board games would be fun ... if I had friends. Music? I guess, but I'd just continue shitposting. I also live rural so even less chance to do stuff. that is why games like DOTA makes so much success, matches are 30-40 min average, you don't need to keep vast knowledge of the game and a few other things.

Don't tell them you think you're X. Just tell them the symptoms. Plus, unless you're talking about anxiety, they won't think you're faking it. Lots of people fake anxiety to get benzos, which you should avoid taking if they ever do prescribe you it. Look at long term withdrawals. Will fuck you up permanent. I took 2mg clonazepam for 3 years and tapered off. Worst experience ever and I'm not quite the same. I can't even drink alcohol anymore, not even 1 shitty piss beer. Doctors give out shit antidepressants like candy. If you want to try, go ahead, but do your own research before taking what they prescribe you. Look for longterm effects and withdrawals. We're all different so we won't all react the same but it's good to know. I've taken dozens of antidepressants at various dosages, none helped. Hell, even got on antipsychotics.
