Sequel when?

Playing it for the first time over the last few days. Quite enjoy it desu. Went Sorcerer but casting the good spells is so slow I just spam the fucking firewall 90% of the time and poison/slow on big monsters. Pretty boring after a while. If the Meteor Shower didn't take like 45 seconds to cast even with the lvl 10 augment man.

Backed up my save and trying melee right now, cant be assed to switch classes and I missed a fair amount of quests early on so its not too bad to start over. Especially since its pretty fast if you know what to do

Speaking of quests, some of them are frustrating as fuck because you have to search 1 NPC in a big city, then you give up google it and it turns out he only spawns around noon. Fuck that noise

Ive been trying to get into the game.

So far I'm at the part where I just when into the capitol i think after delivering the Hydras head. I went down the large Spiral area in the Pawns guild. That golem thing wouldve wrecked my shit if he didnt stupidly fall off the edge.

Im trying to getting into the combat, but so far i just have a broadsword and and it feels like enemies just absorb hits.

Does it pick up if i do more of the main story, should i bother with the fetch quest side quests to level up some more? im about lvl. 13-18.

I recently started to autistically roleplay as Mercedes, on a quest to prove herself. Made her character after several attempts and bought her armor from The Black Cat.

Anyone else do this kinda stuff? In comparison to other late game armors, is hers any good once gold rarified?

Basically any BBI level 2 gear will be stronger than any gear from the base game, with the only exception being split damage weapons on characters with low magic will be weaker than Dragon weapons
