>yfw you realize that game you've been waiting for may never come out
Sometimes it's worse when it does come out, but not how you wanted it to be.
Fucking FF7 Remake. I just wanted better graphics, a cleaned up translation, and maybe some of the combat balanced since you can break it super hard. But nope, here comes an episodic, ARPG based around FFXV's wonky combat with tons of mismanagement already being shown off. Oh, and we don't likely see anything until another 3 years. Which means we'll probably have to wait another couple of years in between fucking episodes.
Goddamn.
What's her name /v/?
Still waiting for Advance Wars 3ds.

After learning about Prey 2's supposed ending plottwist, I'm really fucking pissed it never came to be.
Spoilers for a game that willl never come out:Near the end of the game you were supposed to come across a barricaded door where literally piles of corpses are littered in front of it. Corpses of your main character.
It would be revealed at that point that every time you die in the game the consciousness of your character is transferred to a new clone body created at your hub without the memory of dying.
This isn't the actual ending twist though, it gets better:At the end you manage ot blow up the evil space-thing that is threatening to destroy earth. The guy jumps out of the vessel into empty space - slowly dying due to lack of oxigen and all that.He straps one of those teleporting devices on himself - the ones he used to teleport bounty to their destination - and enters random coordinates in an desperate attempt to save himself...only to end up back on earth. From that point on you get to see his whole life play out - he ditches his bounty hunting gear, finds a gal, marries her, has a bunch of kids with her and so on until you see him on his deathbed surrounded by loved ones.He closes his eyes, you hear his pulse stop -and then he wakes up again back on the alien planet in the player hub.
God that would have been such a nice kick in the balls.

That's stupid and brilliant at the same time, I love it.
