OneyPlays is playful, optimistic, simple and fun. They try to play games they like and bounce off of them with silliness and energy, like kids enthusiastically playing a video game after school, nostalgia is important here. GameGrumps is cynical and accusatory. Arin makes fun by claiming the game is broken, and constantly seeks the satisfaction of being smarter then whatever he is reacting to. If they're not giving the game often undue shit for being 'broken' or otherwise incorrect by their limited standard, they're usually completely distracted from the game and telling some story irrelevant to the video. You can see this contrast clearly in the Simpsons Hit and Run video, where Arin won't understand that they put in codes on purpose to make the game silly, and instead consistently fails to bring the conversation to how 'unacceptable' the game is, not picking up that they broke it on purpose for fun.
